Equity: F-RE started with relationships with two billionaire family offices, and three private equity funds. That has now grown to over 300 equity sources including additional family offices and private equity funds, and has also added pension funds, insurance companies, and financial institutions. F-RE places equity all along the capital stack for each of these entities.
Debt: With the addition of pension funds, insurance companies, and financial institutions, F-RE can source the entire capital stack including debt.
Broker: F-RE has spent decades building a proprietary database of over 1,000 active commercial real estate owners.

Founder
Nicholas Reed Frost is the Founder of F-RE. He was a portfolio manager for a Family Office for over 20 years. He also worked for Schroders PLC on the institutional debt and equity desk. He graduated from Stanford University BS Industrial Engineering, and completed the core Wharton eMBA.
